Independently developed by OPPEIN Home, this solution addresses residential pain points of conventional fixed‑layout renovations: poor adaptability to shifting household demographics and high costs for later‑stage remodelling.

Design Concept & Structural Features

Built on standardized, detachable and reconfigurable modules, the system adapts layouts for newly‑wed couples, child‑rearing periods and multi‑generation households without altering hard furnishings. Semi‑transparent partitions and low cabinets flexibly separate active and quiet zones to balance private retreats and shared family social occasions. Composite functional modules cover children’s growth, senior‑friendly living and home‑office scenarios. Cabinets, doors and wall panels deliver unified styling with ENF‑grade eco‑friendly boards. Layered soft lighting balances practical performance and atmospheric comfort. Standardized modules, supported by flexible digital production lines, fit dwellings ranging from compact apartments to large open‑plan homes.

Exploration of Design Value

Combining reconfigurable modular construction, whole‑lifecycle housing philosophy and local household living requirements, the design enables residential spaces to evolve alongside families.
