It integrates art collections, high‑end furniture and daily domestic life together with whole‑house smart‑home system to balance individual aesthetics, residential comfort and modern‑life convenience.

Design Concept & Structural Features

Entrance, dining‑room, living‑room, bedrooms and collection‑display zones are coherently connected without rigid partitions. Occupants can appreciate artworks along everyday circulation routes, merging living functions with art exhibition. Rejecting generic luxury templates, the design originates from the owner’s collection preferences and personal taste. Art pieces become integral spatial elements for highly individualized living environment. Whole‑house scenario‑based smart‑home system supports one‑tap mode switching for movie‑viewing, rest and art‑appreciation, with fine‑grained control over lighting and curtains to balance atmosphere and practicality. Full domestic functionality is preserved beneath the artistic layout: spaces serve reception, family dining, sleeping and collection‑storage, avoiding show‑flat‑only effect. Optimized circulation differentiates visitor‑routes and family‑routes, separating social reception from private life and balancing hospitality and solitude.
