The competition evaluates entries across four dimensions: scenario‑based AI decision‑making, data‑visualised interaction, end‑to‑end collaborative dispatching and practical industry deployment. Award‑winning solutions represent cutting‑edge design standards for global smart urban traffic‑management systems. Independently developed by Qingdao Hisense TransTech Co., Ltd., the platform addresses pain‑points of conventional traffic‑management systems including fragmented data, heavy reliance on human experience and slow emergency response. It builds an integrated digital‑command hub powered by the Tongtu traffic large model.

Design Concept & Structural Features

Powered by the domain‑specific Tongtu large model, the platform covers nine major traffic scenarios such as morning‑evening rush hours, severe weather and large‑scale events. It aggregates city‑wide traffic‑flow, weather and police‑force data to automatically deduce and generate traffic‑diversion proposals. Drawing on real‑world traffic‑management cases from multiple cities, the dynamic knowledge base continuously optimizes reasoning logic and lowers operators’ learning threshold. It dynamically adjusts traffic‑signal timing and autonomously builds regional green‑wave corridors to improve road‑network throughput. Adopting layered lightweight visual design, it synchronises data across large command screens, PCs and mobile patrol terminals, with priority alerts for high‑risk incidents. It connects monitoring, alarm‑receiving, police‑force dispatching and signal‑control subsystems to realise an automated closed‑loop of “detection‑analysis‑dispatching‑diversion”. Fully domesticated hardware‑software stack supports local encrypted data storage. Its modular architecture fits road networks of megacities and county‑level towns and is backward‑compatible with legacy traffic‑management systems.
