Vatti E6095ZS Hidden‑Realm Ultra‑Slim Range Hood

Vatti E6095ZS Hidden‑Realm ultra‑slim range hood has won the silver award in the User‑Experience Interaction category of the Shop! Design Awards. The competition evaluates entries across four dimensions: integrated appearance fusion, contact‑free human‑machine interaction, residential‑health functions and Chinese‑cooking adaptability. Award‑winning works represent cutting‑edge design standards for high‑end built‑in kitchen appliances. Independently developed by Vatti Co., Ltd., it addresses common pain‑points of conventional range‑hoods including bulky protruding bodies causing head bumps, grease‑prone touch panels and stubborn cooking odours in open kitchens. It balances integrated cabinet aesthetics and powerful fume‑extraction for Chinese‑style stir‑frying.

Design Concept & Structural Features

Boasting an ultra‑slim 225‑mm depth chassis, the unit sits flush with cabinet undersides for visual invisibility when off; its flip‑out panel prevents head bumps while cooking. The star‑grey anti‑fingerprint glass panel matches diverse custom cabinet styles. Built‑in self‑developed microwave‑radar contact‑free interaction illuminates the screen on human proximity; gesture‑based controls work for grease‑stained hands, and the interface fades automatically when users leave. The innovative dual‑chamber capture structure delivers 32m³/min max airflow and 1700Pa high static pressure to handle simultaneous double‑burner stir‑frying and prevent flue‑gas backflow in high‑rise buildings. An onboard air sensor monitors kitchen particulate matter and triggers fresh‑air purification automatically when thresholds are exceeded. AI intelligent constant‑suction adjusts wind pressure and flow in response to duct resistance, paired with stove‑hood linkage. The fifth‑generation high‑temperature pulse steam‑wash enables internal duct self‑cleaning to cut maintenance workload.

Exploration of Design Value

Combining cabinet‑integrated styling, microwave‑radar touch‑free interaction, Chinese‑cooking fume‑extraction technology and kitchen‑air monitoring, the product resolves the conflict between visual aesthetics and practical performance for built‑in kitchen appliances. This award marks integrated innovation of whole‑house‑renovation aesthetics, fume‑extraction engineering and human‑centered interaction, delivering new references for premium embedded kitchen hardware. Going forward, Vatti will keep advancing microwave‑radar sensing, adaptive constant‑suction and high‑temperature self‑cleaning technologies, expand its built‑in‑kitchen‑appliance portfolio, and deliver kitchen hardware balancing appearance, performance and usability for integrated‑renovation households.
