PAVE Global is excited to announce it's time to nominate and honor the brilliant visionaries who are shaping the future of retail with our 16th Annual Rising Star Award! Traditionally, participation in the nomination process is open exclusively to retailers, designers, and industry suppliers for recognizing an individual's extraordinary contributions and talented mindset as innovators and leaders among their peers. This year for the first time, PAVE is opening up nominations to allow individuals to self-nominate as well. Created in 2007, the PAVE Rising Star award recognizes the achievements of individuals who have significantly impacted the retail arena throughout these ever-evolving times. These emerging leaders anticipate client needs, motivate a team, transform the simple into the extraordinary, and inspire the consumer. This year’s Rising Star finalists are proven visionaries, innovators, and leaders among their peers.
