Eisuke Tachikawa is a designer working across product, graphic, and spatial design. He is dedicated to addressing global challenges such as climate change, disaster risk reduction, and renewable energy through his "Evolutional Creativity" methodology. He has received over 150 international awards, including the DFA Grand Award, Good Design Award Gold, Golden Pin Design Award Grand Prix, and German Design Award Gold, and is the world's first recipient of the DFA Design for Asia Designer of the Year.

He has served as a juror for prestigious competitions including Good Design Award, Pentawards, World Architecture Festival (WAF), DFA Design for Asia Awards, and Golden Pin Design Award.

His representative projects include OLIVE (an open-source disaster design platform), the Tokyo Bousai disaster preparedness handbook (distributed to 8 million households), and ADAPTMENT, an urban climate adaptation framework inspired by biological evolution. His book Evolutional Creativity received the Yamamoto Shichihie Prize, a leading academic award in the humanities in Japan.
