Semir Dual-life Fusion Jacket for children received the silver award in the Fashion, Luxury & Leisure category of the Shop! Design Awards. As an international competition focused on consumer product innovation, the Shop! Design Awards is judged by top global designers and industry specialists. Entries are collected from more than 30 countries, and only 183 works are selected as winners. This children’s jacket is independently designed and manufactured by Zhejiang Semir Garment Co., Ltd. for kids aged 7 to 14, addressing two major pain points of cross-region winter travel: temperature adaptation and hygiene risks from rented ski suits.
Design Concept & Structural Features
The jacket adopts a dual-sided integrated structure. One side is windproof, waterproof and wear-resistant fabric for professional skiing protection, while the other side is cotton-down blended fabric for daily comfort. Equipped with heat and moisture management technology, it adjusts the microclimate inside the garment according to children’s activity levels — releasing excess heat during exercise and retaining warmth at rest. The dual-way wearable design satisfies daily urban outfits and ski field protection in one piece, cutting extra spending on multiple garments.
