Gardermoen SMART-LINE busbar system has been awarded bronze at Shop! Design Awards. As an international competition focusing on innovative consumer product design, Shop! Design Awards is judged by top international designers and industry experts. Entries are submitted from over 30 countries worldwide, and only 183 works are selected as final winners. Independently designed and manufactured by Zhenjiang Gardermoen Intelligent Power Technology Co., Ltd., this product delivers an integrated power distribution solution for high-density data centers.
Design Concept & Structural Features
The system adopts an integrated architecture combining modular design and intelligent monitoring. Equipped with an innovative sliding contact plug-in structure, it supports live hot swapping at any position of the bus duct. Matched with split connectors and quick locking mechanisms, it enables flexible deployment and reliable connections. Balancing lightweight construction and structural strength, it fits overhead installation in data centers to save space. Built-in intelligent monitoring modules enable real-time status detection and early warning. Capacity expansion, module replacement and daily maintenance can be carried out without power cut, solving the pain point that traditional busbars require power shutdown for maintenance and disrupt business operations.
