KTC 8M11YDT smart makeup mirror has won the silver award in the Beauty Care category of the Shop! Design Awards. The competition evaluates entries based on privacy protection, optical lighting, AI makeup interaction and home aesthetics. Winning works represent the cutting-edge design standard of global smart beauty devices. Independently developed and manufactured by KTC Technology, the mirror addresses common drawbacks of conventional makeup mirrors including severe color distortion, privacy risks from built-in fixed cameras and fragmented beauty functions.

Design Concept & Structural Features

Boasting an integrated minimalist rounded silhouette, the mirror is equipped with a detachable magnetic high-definition camera that can be removed when not in use to fundamentally protect user privacy. Its full-spectrum ring soft light supports three color temperatures with stepless brightness adjustment and light memory function, reproducing natural outdoor light to prevent makeup color mismatch. Built-in AI skin analysis and AR virtual makeup systems are paired with voice control, an 8-inch multi-touch screen, Bluetooth speaker and makeup timer, powered via Type-C port. The matte soft body matches various home styles and integrates skin detection, virtual makeup trial, audio playback and timing functions all in one unit.
